Commissioning refers to the process of bringing an item of equipment into operation and ensuring that it is in good working order after it has been installed. The system is taken from a state of static completion to working order. Testing and adjusting, performed by our qualified technicians, ensure that the equipment works smoothly and uses no more power than is reasonable in the circumstances. Commissioning includes the following: the connection of equipment to the mains; regulation (i.e. testing and adjusting repetitively) to achieve the specified performance of roll forming units; calibration, setting up and testing of automatic control systems; operator training (free of charge); and initial start-up.
